Assign our company as Registered Agent of your Texas Entity. The fee is to be renewed every year to maintain the service. Service includes PO Box rental, email notifications of mail received for your business.

Obtain an EIN so you can open a bank account for your business.

Obtain a Sales Tax Permit for your business if you sell products. 

File Comptroller Report(s) for your business. 

Create and design a website for your business. System used for this service is WIX. Set up and connect your desired domain ('.com') name. Consultation included. Subscription fees and domain name renewal to be paid by client.
